SINGLE & EQUAL ANGLE CUTTER

Single angle cutters and equal angle cutters are made of High Speed steel (HSS). These HSS angle cutters are a disc type cutter usually with a 1” bore, to machine on a milling machine, angled slots etc. Similar to dovetail cutters. |
CONCAVE & CONVEX CUTTERS
Convex and concave cutters leave a profile of required diameter milled into the workpiece, avail in many sizes at Miller’s Tooling.
T SLOT & WOODRUFF CUTTERS
Also avail with indexable carbide heads for production work. Woodruff cutters are for cutting keys in the workpiece, although smaller woodruff cutters will cut Tee slots as well.
T Slot cutters are used for machining Tee slots in the milling machine, many shanks & diameters of T slot cutters can be supplied.
DOVETAIL CUTTERS
Machining dovetails is easy using these HSS dovetail cutters, avail in popular 60’, 45’, 30’ angles
CORNER ROUNDING CUTTERS
HSS corner rounding cutters are suitable as deburring or to round off an edge of a component. Corner round cutters come in a variety of radius and diameters.
